Carpal tunnel syndrome. Helps prevent and provide symptomatic relief of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). Provides support when performing any repetitive tasks. Acts as a support and wrist rest. Comfortable all day wear. Maintains wrist in a neutral position. Elevates the wrist and alleviates pressure on the median nerve, which is the cause of pain and discomfort. The snug fit at the heel of the palm limits hand and wrist motions which aggravate CTS. Leaves the back of the hand unhindered and allows for full use of the fingers. Adjustable elastic strap - easy fit and added benefit of support compression. Tri-layer construction - tough, rigid outer is compression formed for an ideal fit. Rigid stay is shaped to maintain an orthopedically correct angle. Inner padded liner is made of a moisture wicking material.
Wearing: Undo hook and loop closure, open strap enough to pass hand through elastic strap and brace. Lay your hand in the brace with the heel of your hand against the front of the brace. Form a fist and wiggle into place so it's positioned against the palm of your hand. Use other hand to comfortably tighten the elastic strap. Care: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Pat dry with towel to remove excess water. Air dry away from heat.
