Our rewards program is for users aged 18+ who register with a valid email address.
1 Reward Credit equals $1 for calculation purposes.
Rewards are calculated on subtotal of your order minus applicable discounts. Shipping fee is not calculated towards Rewards credit.
Loyalty Credits expire after 60 days after order is shipped. Rewards Credits expire after 180 days.
Reward Credits above of 3% for Friend A, 2% for Friend B, and 1% for Friend C are valid for the first 365 days after order ships. After 365 days, Reward Credit for Friend A, B, C is 1%.
Referral Credits are only awarded when a new customer joins and do not apply to previous Medshop Express customers.
