Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Over: Swallow 2 tablets with water after meals as needed up to 3 times daily for 2 days maximum; do not use more than 12 tablets in 2 days. Children Under 12 Years of Age: Ask a doctor. Store at room temperature 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F). Discontinue use if gastric upset should occur. Active Ingredient (in each Tablet): Phenazopyridine Hydrochloride (95 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Carnauba Wax, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Corn Starch, FD&C Blue No. 2, FD&C Red No. 40, Gelatin, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Lactose Hydrous, Magnesium Stearate, Povidone, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Sucrose, Titanium Dioxide, Trichloroethane, White Wax.

Do not use if you have liver or kidney trouble; if you are allergic to Phenazopyridine hydrochloride. When using this product you may experience a reddish-orange discoloration of the urine; it may stain your soft contact lenses. Stop use and ask a doctor if your symptoms do not go away or are severe; you experience fever, chills, back pain, or bloody urine; you experience a yellowish tinge of the skin or eyes. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Do not purchase if carton is opened. Do not use if the individual blister unit is open or broken.
