A sensitive teeth toothpaste specially formulated to meet the special needs of adults with receding gums. Nothing is better than Orajel Sensitive at providing pain relief of sensitive teeth. As we age, our gums start to recede, exposing the root of the tooth. This can make teeth more sensitive to hot and cold because more of the tooth is exposed. Orajel Sensitive has 33% more fluoride than any other sensitive teeth toothpaste to aid in the prevention of cavities. Strengthens tooth enamel. Orajel Sensitive Pain Relieving Toothpaste has been shown to be an effective decay-preventive dentifrice that can be of significant value when used as directed in a conscientiously applied program of oral hygiene and regular professional care. To aid in the prevention of dental cavities. Helps reduce painful sensitivity of the teeth to cold, heat, acids, sweets, or contact. Builds increasing protection against painful sensitivity of the teeth to cold, heat, acids, sweets, or contact.
Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: Apply at least a 1 inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Children Under 12 Years of Age: Consult a dentist or doctor.
Active Ingredients: Potassium Nitrate (5%), Sodium Monofluorophosphate (0.20% W/V Fluoride Ion). Inactive Ingredients: FD&C Blue No. 1, Flavor, Glycerin, Hydrated Silica, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Saccharin, Sorbitol, Water, Xanthan Gum.
Do not use this product longer than 4 weeks unless recommended by a dentist or doctor. When using this product sensitive teeth may indicate a serious problem that may need prompt care by a dentist. Stop use and ask a doctor if the problem persists or gets worse. Keep out of the reach of children under 6 years of age. If more than used for brushing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
