Wrap or cover before applying cold pack. Read detailed instructions on product for proper use. Shake it: Shake contents to bottom of bag. Break it: Hold away from body and squeeze sides with both hands. Mix it: Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds to mix. Wrap it: Wrap or cover pack with protective material. Follow standard 'R.I.C.E. therapy': rest, apply ice, compression, and elevate.
