Ideal for use as primary dressing for minor scrapes, donor sites, first and second degree burns, surgical wounds and wound packing.* The antimicrobial activity of PHMB in the dressing helps resist bacterial colonization of and penetration through the dressing including MRSA and VRE, organisms which are resistant to commonly used antibiotics. Better absorbency than ordinary gauze. Thicker cushiony sponge for maximum comfort and protection. Fast wicking action draws fluid away from wound. Lint-free performance for cleaner wound sites. 100% cotton, hypoallergenic. *The packing of venus ulcers, etc. should be performed under the direction of a healthcare practitioner.

1. Apply bandage roll directly to wound or use to secure first layer. 2. Bandage should be rolled on without tension. Do not apply with tension, as excess constriction may result. 3. Begin by wrapping around body part and repeat. 4. Overlap previous area by one-half to one-third of its width, and smooth after each turn. 5. If using Bandage Roll as primary layer, wrap wound with second layer (we recommend Kendal Stretch Gauze) if needed. 6. Finished wrap should be firm but not so tight that there is discomfort. Start over and re-apply if it feels tight or uncomfortable. 7. Apply tape to secure dressing. General wound care: Clean: Wash hands and gently cleanse wound area with mild soap and water. Pat dry with sterile Kendall gauze pads. Cover: Apply first layer dressing such as Kendal Telfa pad or gauze for wound protection. Apply secondary layer for absorption or wound cushioning, as needed. Secure: Secure the product in place with bandage roll or tape if needed. Important: Change dressing as needed, or as directed by a medical professional.

Polyhexamethylene Biguanide (0.2%)
