Adult and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: Shake well before using. Massage (about 45 seconds) small amount gently into affected area not more than three to four times daily. Start out by using small amount each time until you get used to product. Children Under 12 Years of Age: Ask a doctor. Store at room temperature. Protect from light and heat.
