Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Over: Shake well before using. Massage (about 45 seconds) small amount gently into affected area not more the three to four times a day. After rolling product on, be sure to massage in well for best results. Children Under 12 Years of Age: Ask a doctor. If thickening occurs, run bottle under warm water or warm in palms of hands. Store at room temperature. Protect from heat and light.
