Adults should take one tablet with water three times daily at mealtimes. Research on doses above 120 mg per day does not substantiate any better effectiveness. Ginkoba is not a stimulant, so it works gradually over time and should be taken as part of an on-going healthy daily regimen. Optimal effectiveness has been shown after 4 weeks with continuous uninterrupted use.
