1. Slide over foot. 2. Pull support up onto knee. 3. Center patella locator over the kneecap. Size: Measure around kneecap while in a standing position. Large: 17.0-19.5 in (43.2-49.5 cm).Care: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
