Adults take 4 to 8 tablets every 4 hours, as needed with water. Do not exceed 48 tablets in a 24 hours period unless directed by a doctor.
Active Ingredient: Aspirin (81mg). Inactive Ingredients: Carnauba Wax, D&C Yellow No. 10, FD&C Yellow No. 6, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Methacrylic Acid Copolymer, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol, Polysorbate 80, Propylene Glycol, Silicon Dioxide, Starch, Stearic Acid, Talc, Titanium Dioxide, Triethyl Citrate.
Reye's Syndrome: Children and teenagers should not use this product for chicken pox or flu symptoms before a doctor is consulted about Reye Syndrome, a rare but serious illness reported to be associated with aspirin. As with any medicine, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product it is especially important not to use aspirin during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless specifically directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery. Alcohol Warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks everyday, ask your doctor whether you should take aspirin or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Aspirin may cause stomach bleeding. Do not use unless directed by a doctor for fever for more than 3 days; For pain for more than 10 days; In children under 12 years of age. Ask a doctor before use if you are allergic to aspirin, have asthma, stomach problems that persist or recur, have ulcers or bleeding problems. If you are taking a prescription drug for anticoagulation (thinning of the blood), diabetes or gout.
