PURPOSE: Antacid, Calcium Supplement
As an antacid: ADULTS and CHILDREN 12 years of age and older chew 1 to 2 tablets every 2 to 4 hours or as directed by a doctor. As a calcium supplement: Chew 1 to 2 tablets after each meal.

ADULTS and CHILDREN 12 years of age and older - Do not take more than 14 tablets in a 24 hour period.
