Before using, please read usage instructions and cautions. Wet Face. Leave face wet, the Biore self-heating mask is activated by water. Apply Mask. Dry hands, open packet and apply mask to face. You may add a little water to your fingers to help spread the mask. Massage. for about one minute. As you mass age the mask, it will begin turning blue to show you its working. Mask does not dry. Rinse. Once the mask reaches a uniform blue color, thoroughly rinse with water. Recommended Usage: Twice per week
