Take every 4 to 6 hours. Do not take more than 6 doses in 24 hours. Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Over: 2 to 4 tablets (38 to 76 mg). Children 6 to Under 12 Years of Age: 1 to 2 tablets (19 to 38 mg). Children Under 6 Years of Age: Ask a doctor. Store at 59 to 77 degrees F in a dry place. Protect from heat, humidity, and light.

Active Ingredient (in each Tablet): Diphenhydramine Citrate (19 mg) (Equivalent to 12.5 mg of Diphenhydramine HCI). Inactive Ingredients: Aspartame, Citric Acid, D&C Red No. 7 Calcium Lake, Ethylcellulose, Flavors, Lactitol Monohydrate, Magnesium Stearate, Mannitol, Polyethylene, Soy Protein Isolate, Stearic Acid.

Do not use with any other product containing diphenhydramine, including one applied topically. Ask a doctor before use if you have glaucoma; trouble urinating doe to an enlarge prostate gland; a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis.
