Temporarily relieves these symptoms due to hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies: runny nose; sneezing; itchy, watery eyes; itching of the nose or throat. Temporarily relieves these symptoms due to the common cold: runny nose; sneezing.
Chew tablets thoroughly before swallowing. Take every 4 to 6 hours. Do not take more than 6 doses in 24 hours. Children Under 6 Years of Age: Ask a doctor. Children 6 to Under 12 Years of Age: 1 to 2 tablets (12.5 to 25 mg). Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Over: 2 to 4 tablets (25 to 50 mg). Store at 59 to 77 degrees F in a dry place. Protect from heat, humidity and light.
Active Ingredients (in each Tablet): Diphenhydramine HCI (12.5 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Aspartame, Dextrates, D&C Red No. 27 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake, Flavors, Magnesium Stearate, Magnesium Trisilicate and Tartaric Acid.
Do not use with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin. Ask a doctor before use if you have glaucoma; trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland; a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness; avoid alcoholic drinks; marked drowsiness may occur; excitability may occur, especially in children; be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine 4.3 mg Per Tablet. Each tablet safety sealed. Do not use if blister or foil is broken.
