Provides safe, effective cold therapy treatment, which is frequently recommended by medical professionals. Designed to help relieve pain and reduce swelling caused by: sprains, strains, muscle aches, insect bites, bumps and bruises, minor burns, simple headaches. Remains flexible after freezing. Soft touch fabric. 7-3/4 x 11-7/8 in.
Place in freezer for at least 2 hours. Apply directly to injured area; no towel or cover needed. Leave in place for no more than 20 minutes. Remove compress and return to freezer for at least 30 minutes before reapplying. Always return to freezer promptly for faster reuse.
Do not heat cold pack in microwave. Individuals with problems in sensing cold should use extreme caution with this product. To avoid frostbite, cold therapy should not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Do not lie on top of compress as it could cause compress to break. Check for leaks before use. Throw away if leaking. For external use only. Adult supervision is recommended when using on children. Talk to your doctor if you have questions about the injury or if swelling or pain persists. Do not use this cold pack for heat therapy. Suggested First Aid: If contents contact skin or eyes, remove pack immediately. Thoroughly flush with water. If swallowed do not induce vomiting. Call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
