This knee strap with custom dial system is designed to provide you with the optimal support you need while assuring proper fit and comfort. Helps relieve knee pain and strain. Delivers focused and adjustable pressure without adjusting straps. Premium gel pad for additional comfort. Provides firm support using a combination of advanced materials to help prevent re-injury and relieve symptoms associated with strains, sprains, arthritis and repetitive stress injuries. Custom dial lacing technology: Easy to adjust during activity, delivering a personalized fit. Dial enables pressure to be increased or decreased easily without readjusting the entire strap. Hook-and-look strap stays securely in place. Turning the dial slowly lowers the pad to apply targeted pressure - up to 3x more than the rest of the knee. Low-profile design is unobtrusive and allows easy fit under or over clothing. Reinforced contoured gel pad offers additional comfort by providing vibration damping and allowing for natural muscle expansion/contraction.
Wear instructions: Pull hook fastener through slot to create loop in strap. Apply to calf below the bend in the knee. Pressure pad should be located on the outside of the calf. Tighten strap to a comfortable level of low compression and secure the hook tab onto the strap. Tighten dial by rotating clockwise until desired compression level is achieved. Increase pressure as activity level increases; do not over tighten. To remove, loosen dial until no pressure is felt, pull hook tab from strap, slide off leg. Care instructions: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners
